Making this outsourcing of building this bridge even more of an outage, to save $400 billion bucks on the $7 billion contract (roughly 5.5%), the United States and the State of California is permitting this company to pay their workers workers $12 a day and labor from 7 a.m.

The U.S. Jobs machine is busted because of Free Trade Agreements that has cost this nation over 5 million lost jobs and 50,000 shut down factories since 2000 alone.
